REFUND POLICY

SOFTNOVA INC. provides digital professional services. Due to the nature of these services, all refund requests are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if service delivery has not started.

Non-Refundable Services

Once service delivery has begun, including but not limited to:

• Project planning
• Development work
• Consulting services
• Milestone execution

Refunds are not available.

Refund Requests

Each request will be reviewed based on the service status and applicable agreements.


Chargebacks and Disputes

Clients agree to contact support@softnova.ca to attempt resolution before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. SOFTNOVA INC. maintains invoices, written scopes, milestone documentation, and delivery records to respond to disputes.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• SOFTNOVA INC. retains ownership of pre-existing tools, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Upon full payment, clients are granted rights to the delivered work specific to their project.

Limitation of Liability

SOFTNOVA INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
